Ingredients:
1 10-ounce package Shredded Cabbage
1 cup diced English Cucumber
1 cup halved Grape Tomatoes
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Black Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss until well combined. Cover and refridgerate for at least 20 minutes before serving, but even better the day after.
